Just recently, the Indian legal system has introduced a law that any man
who is found guilty of stalking can land in prison for upto seven
years. This is now being treated as a criminal offence. Applauding this
move is one heroine. She is the apple pie beauty Hansika Motwani.
Recently Hansika was sharing her thoughts when she revealed that this is indeed a good thing to happen if implemented. She added that she is away from home most of the time so her parents are constantly worried about her safety. Hansika reportedly revealed she had been through few bad experiences before.
She also recalls how she has to deal with persistent calls and getting stalked constantly. While the entire experience is scary, Hansika is hoping that the implementation of this law will change things and heroines like her can breathe easy. Only time will reveal how effective this law would be.
