Heroine of Ram Gopal Varma's most controversial film 'Nishabd' featuring Amitabh Bachan, Jiya Khan is found dead in her apartment after she hanged herself the other night.
The British-Indian girl Nafisa alias Jiya Khan was shot to fame for her attitude and sex appeal in 'Nishabd' and starred in a couple of films like Ghajini (Nayan's role in Hindi version) and Housefull. Recently she moved to Mumbai from London completely and the complete causes for her death are yet to be dug out. After her appearance in Housefull movie in the year 2010, Jiah hasn't signed any project and is waiting for a big break since then. The 25 year old actress reportedly hanged herself at her residence in Juhu, Mumbai and her maid, watchman are being questioned about her last visitors.
People who know Jiah including Amitabh Bachan are shocked with the news and expressed the same on twitter, while heroines like Sarah Jane Dais and Priyamani expressed their condolences.
